0 votes
Evo-all the red light isn't comming on after the upgrade to 72.20 before was coming on and the key barrel was unlocking, now the red light and blue light just flash at the start of remote starting but for less than a second and before the update red light was staying on with the remote starter even if the car never crank. Ground when running is connected

Why did you need to upgrade the firmware if the unit was previously working?

Because my car wasn't cranking with the remote start, but the remote starter is sending power to the starter but something is still stopping it before gets to the starter. The tech support fron mypushcar they told me that my filmware needed to be updated znd they sent me the updater and this happen after I updated.
What remote starter are you using? Looking at your service number I see that the options menu has not been accessed, how are you connected to the remote starter, wire to wire or through datalink?

One quick test would be to take the dark blue wire from the Evo-All and put it straight to ground, the red led SHOULD light up, if it does, try remote starting while this wire is grounded, please tell us if the vehicle starts this way and answer all the questions above.

Thank you.
I'm using the Fortress PS04-G5 and I'm using the datalink, and I already tried connecting the dark blue th ground and still the red light not coming on like before I really I don't know what happened with the filmware update because when I touch the dark blue to ground and the car isn't trying to start with the RS make a click and the car beeps like when the car is running and you walk away with the key, but the car doesn't start with the remote starter not even doing this.
