Evo-Start app says account locked when trying to login.

I have the evo-start app working on my phone and I’m trying to add it to my wife’s phone as well. When I try to login on her app it says account locked and won’t let me login. How do I get it unlocked?

Hello,

You cannot log into the same account on multiple devices.

Each phone needs to have its own email/account.

To create an account download the evo start app and tap on register.

Hi,

She created her own account with her email but then when she tries to login it still says "account locked" so she's unable to access any functions on the app. Is there something else that needs to be done?
