Replacement of functions

Hello. A Volkswagen Jetta came. I wanted to change the autostart combination with the OEM remote control... They turned on the function - raising the windows with a long press on the remote control. And at this time the car starts. But the module was released in 2018 and I could not change this function. And how can you even look at the rest of the functions on such a module?

Hello,

Module from 2018 cannot be changed or re configured at the flash link. Only modules from 2019+ can be re configured using the flash link updater.

 

I would imagine the reason the vehicle starts is more than likley when holding the lock button, the signal is repeating and in turn activating the remote starter.
