My Evo One will not flash during the flash link process

My Evo one is not flashing (doesnt even say I reached my flash limit, it just refuses to flash) when I choose my setting and my car specifics during the flashlink manager process (before decryption ofc). Not too sure if it needs another reset, as the last one I asked for didnt fully reset, my car settings were still shown. Any help is appreciated at this point, thank you. SN: 002B04 267246.

Hello,

Looking at the service number provided it shows this unit already being flashed for a 2021 mazda 6 with firmware 85.14 and having already passed dcrtyptor.
