Cannot program keys to 2014 Mazda 6 Automatic: evoall with maz t-harness and linkr module

I have a 2014 mazda 6 automatic and I'm trying to program the evoall with T harness and linkr. I am using guide 62781. It recogniZed my keys with the yellow light, but after the second key instead of getting yellow and red alternating, it cycles through blue, yellow, and red. I still hooked the evoall up to my computer and the dcrypt was successful. When I go back to my car, I try to go through steps 1-12 again, but I don't get a yellow light this time when I push the start button twice with my keys. I've flashed the unit to the latest firmware. I've also reset the unit multiple times. I have the hood pin wire grounded out, however I do not have pin 11 in the under hood fuse box grounded yet. Could that be the problem with programming, and what do the three alternating lights mean?

You are using guide that uses a separate remote starter. If you want to use the Evo All standalone use this guide https://fortin.ca/download/62791/evo-all_ig_tsa_bi_maz16_pts_2014-2017_d_62791.pdf

I genuinely appreciate your response, however. 62791 and 62781 use the exact same programming procedure, so my issue hasn't changed. Do you have any idea why all three lights alternate on step 13 instead of the red/yellow that should be flashing?
The programming is not the same. There's options that are set different between each guide. Setting options is part of programming.
If options are set make sure your hold the fobs right, here's a video http://youtu.be/5ETmJn9RIlE If your ingition turns on but you don't have the correct flashing lights for step 13 verify you are on the right Data key wire also verify you are making a good connection to the wire. Also in some cases it may be that the vehicle is requesting the wrong ID from the OEM FOB. Simple fix for this is to take the batteries out of the OEM remotes and start the programming over from the beginning. This will force the vehicle to request the correct ID from the OEM FOB.
