Evo one won't crank hyundai elantra

I installed evo one in my 2017 elantra.Updated the module with flashlink updater. Activated C1,D6 and 38.2. It is programmed in the car but when press lock 3 times accesory comes on for 1 sec and then shuts off. Does not crank at all

I had issues with my with same car, but mainly programming. I ended up using this guide https://fortin.ca/en/download/58781/58781.pdf Its pretty much the same but doesn't use the CAN off off the OBD2 port and different firmware. The firmware that was in new guide was still in beta testing when I did mine. Everything works with the old guide.

Oh yeah cut the yellow loop also if its an automatic, this is over looked a lot since details are not very clear.
I did all these things still nothing. I press lock 3 times the lights flash 3 times and nothing.
3 flashes means ready mode disabled, yellow loop not cut in automatic or ready mode procedure not performed in manual.
It is an automatic transmission and I have already cut the loop. Also, is there anything that needs to be done after bypass programming the module in car.
