2014 ram promaster decriptor error when trying to send data

Yello and red lights dont alternate when trying to switch key on and off. The lightw blink but they dont alternate.

Plus when i use the flash link manager it failes to get the decription key data.

Service number to the module please.

Keep turning the key on and off until the yellow and red alternate.
