2004 Jeep Red Light Doesnt Come On

After installing the EvoAll with connection 1 and attempting to program with program 1 the blue lighht turns off but the red light doesnt  come on.  What would be caussing this?

service number to the module please.

If the evo is installed with a remote starter this means the remote starer is not activating the evo by the gwr(-) connection.

Verify gwr (-) output.
