Evo All Lock/Unlock/Trunk rapidly flashing all lights when pressed on 2005 G35

I have my EVO ALL installed alongside a Crimestopper RS7 remote start kit, and for some reason, whenever I press the lock, unlock or trunk release button, and my lights are on, it will not flash the parking lights, but instead,  it will flash my Xenon headlights, fog lights, and whatever else is turned on rapidly for about 2 seconds. I don't have my parking lights physically wired up, so this is being done entirely through CAN.

I'm just wondering if this is a bug, or if there is a way to disable flashing the lights, or if anyone knows anything else!

**Something worth noting is that I have the Canadian version of this car, with Auto headlights and daytime running lights. This might be the cause of the problem, but I don't know how to fix it.

Thanks!

Just to let everyone and anyone know, this is a bug, not a fault on my part.

I grabbed my Flash Link Updater and I systematically went through all of the firmwares and I can confirm with certainty that this issue is present on firmwares 72.01,2,3,4,8,9,10,14,18,19,20,23 and 24

This issue is not present on firmware 72.00 or 4.18, so I would suggest using one of those.

Hopefully this helps someone. I don't know how to submit a bug report, but I'll try.

This is great info and thanks for taking the time to go through all those firmwares!

Reports like this help tremendously in having the latest recommended firmwares fully compatible on older models.

Bug reports can be submitted directly in the flash-link. You will need the evo connected to the flashlink though. If it's already in the car and your all setup, dont worry about it although it would be greatly appreciated.
No problem Rob, hopefully this gets fixed soon. Cheers!

The module actually does not control the lights through Can. The vehicle is naturally reacting to the keyless commands we send through can.

You can try connecting the parkin glights as it may fix it.

Or disable keyless control through CAN by turning off option A1 and wiring door locks analog (technically, you already have arm-disarm connected at the bcm which control lock-unlock)

Hey thanks for the reply Robert, but this still didn't solve my problem.

I did try to connect my parking lights, but for some reason, the parking light wire listed for my car (Red/Blue) does not work. When it is given 12V, it does not flash the parking lights, but rather, it actually turns on my car's igntion. Not sure why.

What I ended up doing was using the hazard signal instead, which is what flashes when the OEM key fob is used. This works fine, and now the parking lights flash, but my headlights, fog lights, and all other lights still flash sporadically.

I did not actually connect the Arm/disarm to the empty pins since I do not know how. They are just empty pins. Do you think that this could be the cause of the problem?

Please let me know if you have any other ideas.

Thanks
2007 fx35 same results here. No flickering with auto headlights off.
I took a connector from the junk yard to pull pins for the arm and disarm so that's not the reason. I too have not hooked up the parking lights due to too much work for something that's unnecessary.
