where is the RX Data and TX Data plug for wires

I have a 2009 rav4 and i am installing the key-override-all for my remote starter

the purple/white and yellow/black wire go to a plug I cannot find. (rx and tx data)...  I have the wire color print out with a picture that just shows a black 7 pin plug  picture #4

i still have NO idea where it is. please help...

at the transponder which is the round black plastic thing around the key barrel.
