Installing EVO All with T harness in a 2012 Ford Escape EVO all will not program

I have installed the EVO All with T-Harness in a 2012 Ford Escape the module will not program it stays on blue when key is turned on.

its not detecting ignition, this is the yellow wire of the evo. Look at the install diagram to see where that yellow wire from the 20-pin connector of the EVO goes.
