User Name field wont accept anything I try and enter to set up my account

I am trying to set up an account for FlashLink Manager

Hello,

I see an account under your user name of darren cort. It has also been confirmed so you should be able to log in with your email and password.

im having the same problem rn it wont accept my username

Make sure you arent leaving any fields blank, if they do not apply simply put NA.
