reset evo-one

Question

Hello. I installed an Evo-One (002B04692128) in a Subaru. The owner made a spare key, and after that, the remote start stopped working. I tried resetting the settings, updating the firmware, and trying to program it for a different car several times, but nothing worked. When I try to start the remote,It's like the launch is starting, but then the red LED lights up and that's it. Could you reset the settings and completely erase the data? Maybe that will help?
