Dcryptor limit has been reached for this car, please reset?

I've installed the EVO ALL-LTE w/ THR-VW3 and TB-VW, using guide #65601, on a 2018 VW JETTA (standard key). I've checked the wiring over twice and then begun programing, but there is a problem in step 14 as the yellow LED stays solid, the red LED never turns on and both red and yellow LEDs do not alternate at the end of this step, I've used the TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDES step-by-step guide type tool, with no luck and now i have reached the Dcryptor's limit for this car after having attempted the programing several limes over. 

Help please.

I have submitted the module for reset. It will be ready for use within 24-48 hours.

Please contact technical support once reset if you are having issue programming in the vehicle. Be sure to have the vehicle, module and updater on hand when calling.
