Programming doesn't complete, new EVO-ALL on F150/2012, firmware flashed

Can't find anything in the questions/answers that is exactly like this issue but I can't seem to complete the programming on my truck.. I've double and tripple checked the wiring, can-high/low, key sense A1,A10,A20 were connected as well.
First time it seemed to sense the keys, waited the 3 seconds each and returned to the 1st factory key.. waited for 3 or 4 minutes and no status change so I tried it again.  Seemed to go a little further and the system locked/unlocked the doors and the stopped again.. no 10x flash of the indicator either.   reflashed the unit and tried again, this time nothing seems to progress.  I can put the unit into programming mode (blue/red solid)   When I touch a key to the ignition I see a quick flash of the yellow, turn to run and wait 3, 2nd key doesn't show anything.. return to the first key and nothing happens. lights won't change at all and just stuck at solid blue/red.  I've tried tapping the button when the key is inserted, but that does nothing either.   One really strange issue is I started the truck after (unit was still connected)  and it would not shut off until I pulled the connectors off the controller.. brake pedal didn't do anything, opening the door didn't light the interior or turn on the parking lights.

Any ideas?  THAR-FORD1 with EVO-ALL

Hello,

More than likely the key sense on the truck is cutting out, pretty common on these generations of F series trucks.

When programming the evo keep pressure on the key, push the key in the ignition switch and do not stop pushing in on it during the entire programming. Also when going through the 2 key programming leave out the red connector for the evo, once the programming has completed then plug back in the red connector.

Best regards.

thank you, I just tried again following your exact instructions.  something is odd with this one.
programming mode = OK
Key 1 - Red light blinks once, Yellow light stays lit until removal
Key 2 - Red light blinks once, Yellow light does not change (stays off)
Key 1 - Red / Blue blink 10 times, doors lock/unlock, red light goes out, blue light goes out 1 second later.
Yellow light does not light at all.

I did try with the red connector on, and off during the process. exact same result.

All lights are off now.

remove key. lock, lock, lock doesn't work (checked lock, unlock, lock also)

I can start the truck with the key, but it will not shut off unless I remove the connections on the module.  Once it's removed, I start and stop the truck normally.

I retraced every wire and confirmed they are connected correctly, but I'm at a loss for this one now..

Thanks for anything you can suggest.
So sounds like it has now at least programmed the bypass (red and blue blinking 10x) but not the can bus, if you are using the fort1 t-harness or have hardwired the evo-all into the vehicle i would go over your can bus connections as something is not right there, then re attempt the programming. If you are using any type of quick connect such as a t-tap or posi tap, please remove them, they often are the source of the issue itself.

Your module (001A07665427) is set for 3x lock.

Best regards.

hi, did you ever get this figured out? I had the same sort of issues when trying to program my 2012 f150 with the evo-all and thar-for1. I ended up doing the following to get everything working right. Maybe this might help someone else if you've figured it out.

Programming the ford 80 bit (sa) key with evo-all bypass module:
-Press and hold the programming button & Insert the 4-pin (black) connector
-Release the button when led's are blue & red and insert the rest of the connectors
-start truck with 1st key, wait 3 secs or for security light to go out
-shut off truck and remove key
-start vehicle with 2nd key, wait 3 secs or for security light to go out
-shut off truck and remove key
-press and hold programming button until truck starts.
-the blue led will flash rapidly and the truck will shut off.
-truck should should start via remote control after this.
