EVO-ONE (Service#002B07322765) does not program. Updated Flashlink to 4.5. Other EVO detected automatically.

Module Remote starter Firmware# 1.21

Module Bypass Firmware# 4.18

 

Not sure if module is bad or not. Any help appreciated.
