EVO-ONE Never installed on vehicle but decryptor says "The current device cannot be flashed anymore"

Hi, I have an EVO-ONE that has never been installed to a vehicle and decryptor has never been used. I've changed the options on it using flashlink while set on my bench before and updated firmware. But now I'm going to install the unit, and I have connected it to flashlink to check for the latest firmware and check I have all my options set, but when I click on the Decryptor tab in Bypass section it says "The current device cannot be flashed anymore" My service number is: 002B02213934 Thank you.

Under "Bypass Zone" the flash limit is at 0/0. A reset wont help here because the unit is over 5 years old.

Thank you for your reply, but can you explain why a reset won't help? The unit is fully programmable through flashlink 4 where all options for bypass and remote start can be viewed, bypass has been locked but surely all that's needed is a remote reset through flashlink 4 since the unit is programmable. When I bought the unit there was no mention of a flash limit on the listing or in the instructions that came with it, all I have ever done is changed some options and saved them to the unit on my garage bench, there was no warning of a limit. What if I had installed it, and all keys were lost and I had to program two new keys, would the evo-one now be a paper weight? Surely that's not the case, I have never even used decryptor on this evo-one, only saving some options for how I was going to integrate it with my HVAC and having different ideas on what method I was going to use to activate defrost mode, heated windscreen and temps etc. I have had the unit sitting on my shelf for a few years and the ideal circumstances to fit the unit have now arrived, surely a few option changes and a few years storage for a unit that was never even installed, surely doesn't mean all I have now is a paper weight?
