Question on firmware for a 2005 Sebring

The manual says 4.06 max on the firmware. My EVO-ALL is at 4.18 firmware. Does this mean I need to downgrade the firmware so it will work correctly.  Service# is 001A06307420.

Yes. You need to update your module to 4.06 using a flash link-2 updater. 4.18 does not support the j1850 connection(obd2 connector connection).
