2020Toyota Rav4 evo all with tharness remote starter stopped working - system malfunction showing

So i installed evo all with tharness on a 2020 toyota rav4 push to start(not hybrid). It was working okay for a while then customer told me today that it stopped working and the vehicle dash shows a message that says "System Malfunction. Please see manual"

any idea what is goin on? Also notice that when i remote start before when it was still working  that parking light flasher 3x twice before starting. Well it starts and stops okay so i didnt bother with it.

2020 model require latest version, if you installed before Fortin release the install guide you are probably running on 2019 version which have this exact issue on 2020 model. Get vehicle in and make sure you have 79.57 in EVOALL module.

i am in the latest version and yes my evo all has a QR thingy and its manufactured late 2019. it was working fine before and all of a sudden it stopped working and the dash says "system malfunction"

what's the service number of the module?
