How do I Program standalone remote start on 2016 Impala?

0 votes
I am doing an install on a 2016 Impala with standard key.  Using the T-harness and EVO-ALL standalone remote start.  When I get to step 5 and turn the ignition on the red and yellow LEDs flash.  I have not been able to get past this step.  I did already do as the troubleshooting guide said and plugged the red connector in and let the car run for a minute and then start over.  This didn't get me any further.

Plug in ONLY the red connector and start the vehicle once with the key. Shut it down and leave the red connector connected and do the programming. I know you did it, but that's how to get rid of the red & yellow flashing. Leave that red connector connected after the car has been started.

I tried this and it did work to get me past that.  After this I was able to get a successful DCryptor Process.  But then when I plug everything back in and try to remote start it doesnt work.
What's the 12 digit service number (s/n) of the EVO? It's probably just missing an option.
Nevermind, found your unit(s), there was 2.

You turned off the default options. Leave options A1-A11 ON.
I will give that a try and let you know. Thank you.
