evo one dead/ no lights

hello i installed evo one in a subaru impreza, about 2 days later remote start stopped working. it looks like its not getting any power, none of the led go on at all i checked for power and ground both were good. so i tried connecting it to the flash link updater but still nothing, and it just got stuck at reading the module. could something have caused this? is there anything to try? thanks

Yes a bad installation could cause damage to the module. Make sure everything is wired properly, according to install guide.

Interesting, originally I had a mix up between the 2nd starter and 2nd ignition wires, but it was working except for the heat, after I fixed that everything worked for a few hours and then it died, could it have been damaged from the mix up and then died after it was fixed? Also just to make sure I'm using guide #35051 for a 2016 subaru impreza with standard key and it shows the 2nd starter is white pin #7, however in my car it is blue/white is it still the correct wire just want to make sure that I don't blow another unit

I double checked all the wiring and the only thing that was wrong was the mix up between those 2 connections, could that have done it or there must be something else?
