2000 tundra AT unfinished install

I removed dealer installed car alarm and I want to use remote start function on EVO One and RF642W remote. The Unit gets power and I release program button on the red led. Turning key to the on position extinguishes the led. RF642W keys will not sync with unit. I press and hold the valet switch and never get a chirp or a parking lights blink.

2000 tundra does not have an immobilizer. You should not need to program the bypass portion of the module.

Following guide 33061, I turn the ignition switch to the on position then press and hold the valet button. There is no response (horn or lights). I have checked my wiring many times.

Are you able to go in and out of valet mode?

The blue light on the RF antenna never comes on so I assume not. The remote start program led does blink each time I press the valet switch.
