How to get INT-SL-PL on 2006 Jeep TJ to program?

Have tried the suggested program method with no results.  The remote start will work with key in ignition, so I know the bypass is not working.  Rechecked all the wiring.  Have 12v on pink wire at bypass as suggested in the troubleshooting guide.  Not sure if I am suppose to have voltage on data wire, I do not.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!

Hi Wes,

What is the 12 digit service number written on the back of the unit ? You may need to Flash the unit to firmware 0.55.
