Cant program EVO All

I have an EVO ALL and when I try to program it the red and blue lights stay on

WHat is the vehicle you are trying to program and are you using a tharness ?

Mine isn’t working either.  When I put key 2 in my ignition won’t turn back off and the red and blue lights won’t flash.  I have to unplug the evo before the truck will power off.  Motor never comes on. Mine is a 2013 Ford F150
