i USED MY FREE ACTIVATION KEY ON A WRONG VEHICLE (INTELLIGENT KEY VS NONE)

CAN I RE-USE MY ACTIVATION KEY ON THE RIGHT CHOSEN VEHICLE? I ATTEMPTED TO SEE IF IT WORKED ON AN INTELLIGENT KEY SELECTION AND THE VEHICKE IS NIOT INTELLIGEN KEYED.

No, once the access code has been used to view the information on a particular vehicle it is used up.  If you are installing a remote starter, most of the information you need will be provided by the free downloadable guide from Fortin.ca
