If my EVO-ALL has been flashed for my vehicle do I still need to do the programming procedure?

2011 Dodge Ram 1500 gas. Also have the THAR-CHRT4. Doing a stand alone installation. Just want to know if I have to follow the programming procedure to complete the install, even If my EVO-ALL has been flashed for my vehicle.

Yes, you still need to follow the invehicle programming even if it has been flashed for you.
