I just install the Evo all in my 2013 F1 50 make sure you're can hi and can lo have good  connections also make sure the The light blue to The light blue and the light blue black  to the light blue black and yellow to the yellow/black coming from though T harness.  Make sure when running the programming first key and second key back to first key make sure you're pushing that KEYS all the way in (bottom them out ) when you get through  and the blue light is flashing and you turn your key off and you hit the lock button three times, you should see the red and the yellow light come on but if it's not starting you may need to take the program Module to the computer Flush module and select I believe A3 says something abou making the module simulate your Fob along with the C1 and D1 also select time of how long you Vehical to run 3,7 or 15 min. need to be connected or selected take your module back out to your truck and plug everything back in. Do not do the key procedure again just plug all your wires up and try to start by pushing the lock button three times Good luck

Perform a master reset and re enable the stand alone options using the flash link updater2. Once this is done re start the programming. Sounds like the module still has some previous information stuck inside it. y-evo-all?show=50193#q50193
