is the evo all a remote start

i have a ford fusion 2013  i recently purchased the evo all combo  is this all i need to make my car remote start

Yes the evo-all is capable of starting that vehicle.

You need to enable option c1 and D1 for it to remote start the vehicle using the oem remote.
