2016 Tundra-wired system according to instructions no power.

Wired system. Double checked all connections using voltmeter to make sure they had power/continuity. When I go to begin programming phase there is no lights on Evo One at all. Unit connects and flashes correctly to flash-link manager just fine. I made sure there was power to red 12v and that there was a good ground.

The Evo-One only needs 12v and ground to be able to select the programming mode, (release on red and blue) Please try to reflash the bypass side of the evo (connection mode: bypass) with the proper firmware and try to select mode again in the vehicle.

Please post your 12 digit service number so we can take a look at your flashed firmware and options.

Thank you,

I will post a picture after I take it back out (been a long day). But no, the red wire is where the white wire is and the ground is where the, I believe yellow is. The only two that are correct are the pink and orange wires. Well, correct as far as teh original harness is concerned. If I arrange the pins to match, will I still use option 2.4 as per the install guide with T-harness, or will I use option 2.1 as per the install guide without T-Harness?
One other small note. When the alarm triggered the lights flashed but there was no output from the horn (or the beeping noise thing Toyota's have) while it was going. Did I miss a setting or something?
The horn needs to be connected if you want it to sound, it's not controlled via data like other functions are. There's an output dedicated to (-)Horn trigger on the EVO-ONE; Orange/Black wire from the 20-pin connector. (the Quick install guide that was in the box has the pin out config. of that 20-pin connector).

The way the T-harness is setup, it will need option 2.4.

I definitly want a picture of that 6-pin t-harness connector (end that plugs into the unit) if the pin out looks wrong. Might be easier just to send it over to support@ifar.ca . We'll send you the correct pin out afterwards if it is indeed wrong.
I emailed a picture of my T-harness pin out

Got it thank you!

The Red & White wires are definitely reversed.
The Black & Yellow wires are definitely reversed.

Once those pins are put back in their proper locations, simply enable option 2.4 and you should be up and running.
