Pats 4 is it reprogrammable

Just bought a car but only has 1 key would like to program more keys just wondering if i can reprogram a pats 4 bypass more than once

The Pats 4 is not re programmable once it is programmed to a vehicle.

It basically a chip inside the box that gets programmed to a car, so it cant be re programmed to a new vehicle as it is already programmed.
