Remote programming for ftx25

Question

After a problem with my ram ignition wireless module, the dealer change it but now one of my remote from the ftx25 works only one way, no green light confirmation so I'm trying to pair/sync this remote (Battery of the remote are news). I enter the programming mode, flash, confirmation with 11 push etc but I'm not able to succeed...or I succeed but the problem is somewhere else. it was working fine before...

ftx25 kit normally comes with a 2way remote and a 1way remote. If the fascia of the remote is all black, it's a 1way remote and will only flash blue.

ftx25 with a front fascia is 2 way.

 

If you do have a 2way remote, you have to enter programming, press once (1) on the programming button, press the brake once, and hit lock on the remote to program.
