blue light flash after programming but no start

i install evo all in stand alone in a 2016 journey. c1 and d1 are on, the programing is all done and when i try to start the vehicule nothing happen. The blue led on the module is flasing slowly

You are missing the final step in the dcrptor process, please re-connect evo unit to the computer, go back to the process dcryptor tab and click on "update unit"

Then key codes are still stuck in the red flashlink updater-2 unit and needs to be transferred to the evo-all, which is what the updating does.
