VW Touareg door locks dont function with smart key when remote started

im using a evo all with a viper with a 4105v and the smart key does not function when the vehicle is remote started. what is causing this and is there a way to fix it? I used the wiring info on guide #5541. Thanks

Unfortunatly, the vehicule is made that it ignore any OEM remote signal when engine is running... For the moment, there is nothing we can do... Sorry.
