Evo One Settings.

Hello.

What is function 24 used for in  Evo One options? It has no options shown in the qig, yet it shows up in options when I connect the flash link manager.

Option 24 is a specific setting for some vehicles. If it is not mentioned in your installation guide then no need for it :)
