2011 F-150 EVO-Ride won't program keys

I need help...remote start works fine with key in the ignition...but when trying to program the keys I get 10x flashes when i insert the second key. now...both keys are factory...my truck is unlocked for programing and i've tried doing every possible thing I've seen in these forums. BTW keys are 80-bit and I'm using an evo-ride v4. Please help

What's the remote starter used ?

If you ground the blue wire on the EVORIDE, does the remote starter works ?
