my activation key does not work

I purchased an EVO ALL module to install a remote starter on my 2011 F-350. I opend an account & logged in, entered the activation key number from the card in the box but get an error message saying the key is not valid

Hi Mark,

 

Beware of 0 (the number) and O (the letter).

 

On older cards their was also the 1 and I (letter i) that looked similar.
