2014 Jeep Patriot doesn't remote start. What do I need to do?

Have a 2014 Jeep Patriot. Followed directions but remote start does not start the vehicle. The dash has a lightning bolt . I have a EVO-CHRT5 with a LCPRO-1. Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this? Thanks.

Hi Edgar,

 

There are a thousand and one reasons why a vehicle cannot remote start.

  1. Did the EVO-ALL program correctly?
  2. Are you using datalink?
  3. What is the 12 digit service number on the back of the EVO-ALL?
  4. Where is the Green/Red wire of the EVO-ALL connected?
  5. Where is the Yellow wire of the EVO-ALL connected?
