What does the (A14)parking light output do?

Evo-all is working fine but I never wired the parking lights out.  I installed it with a relay . I am sure I hooked relay properly.  86 and 30 went to battery, 85 to evo, 87 to parking lights.  Car starts but nothing happens with parking lights. What are they supposed to do? I did the stand alone installation C.

Parking lights should be turning on  when remote starting. It is not a requirement to actually have the car start, only acts as an indicator that the car started.
