Lexys rx400h , evo one lte, everything is hooked up, when i push to start the car nothing happens?

Lexys rx400h , evo one lte, everything is hooked up, lte module lights up green when i turn ignition on, but it doesn't work to start the car, when i push to start the car nothing happens, not a single light on the module or car, checked all the wires everything is hooked up, reprogrammed the evo one multiple times, nothing helps should i hook up the yellow wire on the lte module to anything? Instructions says nothing about that lte module please help, how do i fix this where do i start? Anything
