2013 Accent all guides show blue/orange data wire in black plug not there?

I've looked in black plug at every wire. NO blue/orange wire exsist. HELP

It states in the guide that if the vehicle doesn't have a blue/orange wire the vehicle doesn't have an immobilizer. So all the evo will do for you is brake status and tach signal via can. Use program 2 instead of program 3. Did you double check to see if there was a wire in the pin location specified just maybe a different colour?
