Why would my EVO ALL never time out?

I installed a EVO ALL on my 2009 Ford Fusion and it starts fine but i ran it for 25 minutes and it never times out.  I also noticed that it doesn't shut off when i hit the brakes either. The only way i can get it to shut off  by pressing the lock button 3 times again. SN:001a07333129

this module is currently set to 30 minute runtime, if possible set the runtime to 3 minutes and at the 4 minute mark please lood at the evo module and tell hus which leds are lit.
