Installation Step 13 the ingnition dont turn on

Mazda cx5 2017 using Evo all with THAR-MAZ1 T harness. Everything good until step 13 the ignition doesn't turn on, nothing happens.

Make sure the module has been flahsed appropriately.

 

Also try doing the programming with no batteries inside the keys.
