What is the bare minimum that has to be connected for the EVO-ALL to work on a 2015 Ford Focus

If I hook up can- and can+ and pins A1, A10, A16, and A20 will the remote start function properly?

Hello,

If you are using a evo-fort1 for 3x lock, yes those are the minimum requiremenets for remote start.
