2013 Prius safety hood pin not working properly

Hood safety pin installed and checked and mechanically it works the way it supposed to, but in the Evo start app shows as light red doesn't matter if the car is locked or unlocked armed is disarmed the color of the hood in the app doesn't change, when I open the hood the app show the front passenger side as open, (in fact when I open any door the app only shows the front passenger side as open) due to this the car doesn't remote start, can locked and unlocked, armed and disarmed the car with no problems

Make sure to do the pairing procedure of the evo-start to the evo-all or evo-one that you are using. Pairing procedure is found in the evo-start installation guide.
