I used the guide 28911 and blue light will shut off during the programming.. I doubled check all the wiring and they are all good. I used Crime stopper LC pro as my remote starter.

Update (3:12pm)

I tried to disconnect the red connector and can connector to see if thats the one that causing the problem. The only connector left is the data (4 pin) and the main harness which it use only 3 wires (yellow - ignition, dr blue-GWR and Orange black for grn). I tried to disconnect the dr blue and orange black just to see if that two wire is causing the problem and still the same. SO basically it's just the data and the ignition wire plug (yellow). Still the LED (Blue) shut off everytime I turn the car to ignition.

Any advice?

 

Note: I also tried to downgrade and updgrade the module if different firmware version and still same result.

The blue light is for can bus communication.  Make certain your can bus connections are good. At what point of the programming procedure do you loose the blue led?  Did you hardwire you evo-remote starter connections or are you using data?  I'm assuming hardwire based on your evo settings.  If you click on you highlighted service number for the evo, you will see that you not have foot brake monitoring (A7) turned on.  My PTS car needs to see the brake pedal pressed before the start button is pushed.  Maybe this is causing a problem for you. Pay attention to how many times you have to push the PTS button also to insure you are actually turning off the ignition, sometimes you have to push it twice from the "on" state to fully turn it off. My ford has to be pushed twice (without brake pedal pressing) to turn on the ignition and 2 times to turn it fully off.

Make certain your can bus connections are good. -- very good--soldered connection -- I even ensure that they were the right wires by measuring the voltage.

At what point of the programming procedure do you loose the blue led? -Everytime I push the PTS on ignition on.

Try and use just the data connector from the remote starter and then the can harness.  The data should provide the power to the evo.  Your options on the evo still seem a little off but im not an expert, just a guys who's tinkered around with these a bit and had some success.
It's looking for the ignition wire which is part of the main harness A1 (yellow). Ignition is required during the programming. I will give a try again tomorrow with just the Bypass and d2d option selected in my evo..

Do not put the EVOALL in D2D mode, this for other brand remote starter. For now I recommend a master reset.

Disconnect all connectors

Press and hold programm​ing button

Connect 4 pin data connector and release on the RED light.

Press again and hold programming button.

WHen all three led start to alternate, release the button

Disconnect data connector and reprogram the module to the vehicle

 

Make sure your crimestopper is set to fortin datalink protocol.

If the blue light shut off during programming but doesn't flash, this means your canbus wires are mixed, triple check those connections in the kick panel. Be careful wire colors for both can network are reversed. Follow the guide carefully.

how about the configuration option in my evo, is that ok? of course by turining off the the d2d mode...

 

FYI i already tried to disconnect the can and the red connector.. Basically just the main harness and data port but still doing the same issue.

 

Also in guide 10851, picture shows that red/white is the can 1 high but in diagram it show that it is low... same thing with the can 2.. any advice?
Ok.. so I manage to program the unit..

I tried to RS it but no crank. I measured the voltage in Yellow/blue during remote start no no voltage present. Correct me if I'm wrong. The way I look at the diagram is that the Evo all will provide voltage to the starter wire.

Ignition wire and aux wire are all good.

If ignition turns on, but the vehicle does not crank, it's most of the time related to either the Push-to-Start connection, or the Orange/Black on the EVO-ALL is not grounded.

I have seen in more than one case, the wrong green (+)Start wire being used. Make sure it's the one in the picture below.

So the picture in the guide is not correct.. The wiring diagram is correct.

I believe the remote start will shut down when you unlock and open the door but that is not the case. I have to press the brake in order to shut down the remote start.

 

Also I notice that it shows electrical issue in my dash in first 5 seconds of remote start then it will disappear once its running.. Any idead where it's coming from?

the take-over procedure is written in the guide under, "Remote Starter Functionality".

With the doors closed,

  1. Remote start the car
  2. press unlock to enter the vehicle
  3. press the vehicles Push-to-Start button 2 times
  4. press the brake and drive away

How anout the electrical maintenance require in the first 5 second?

Anybody encounter this before?
Forgot about that electrical issue indicator. This is actually normal on many push-to-start vehicles since the physical smart key is not in the car. Once it's in the car, and take-over is done, that indicator should fade away into the abyss.
