2011 F150 all lights flashing

2011 F150 -EVO all. Went to hook it up today, connected the yellow to the yellow and black. Then held button while plugging in main black power plug and all lights were flashing, would not stop.
 

Please help.

The 3 lights flashing indicates the module has not been flashed.

 

Before attempting in vehicle programming you must flash and configure the evo at the pc using the flash link updater.
