LINKR LT3 not programming to EVO One

0 votes
When performing the steps to learn the device to the EVO One, the top yellow LED lights up initially and the side red LED and parking lights blink with each click of the valet button. However, I am not receiving the final blink of the red LED to confirm it has been learned to the unit.

I am using the LLRS-HRN-01 adapter and the LEDS on the LT3 are lit to confirm both a cell and GPS signal are active. The LINKR LTX mobile app is also set to the Fortin protocol and displays my correct GPS location. Unfortunately, no commands to lock/unlock the door and remote starting will work. In every EVO-One to LINKR programming guide I've found, it states you have to set Fortin 2 as the RF Kit in Flashlink Manager. I have found no RF Kit option for this within both the Pro and Wizard modes in Flashlink Manager 4. I ended up choosing the Fortin EVO LTE as the RF Kit figuring it would be the closest option and I'm wondering if this is the root of my issue.

Has anyone else been able to get the LT3 to work with the EVO One successfully?

Just needs to be paired to the evo-one.

Press unlock on the OEM remote to make sure the evo-one is disarmed (as it wont allow any RF programming while armed), then follow the RF-kit/telematics pairing procedure.

-> igniiton ON

-> ignition OFF

-> ignition ON

-> press and release the brakes 4 times

I appreciate your response, but after trying the steps you provided it still won't work. During the procedure, the EVO's red LED blink with each press of the brake pedal. However, after the 4th pedal press, the parking light doesn't blink to confirm that it's been learned. Instead, the red LED just begins to flash rapidly for a little while before it turns off.

When this happens, I follow the programming guide's instructions to try sending a lock command from the Linkr LTX app but the locks don't respond. I'm parked in an unenclosed open space with excellent cell coverage so I can't figure out why it's not working.
