2002 Avalon KeySens wiring

I have a EVO ONE installed and I cannot locate the red/whire A19 wire. Is it just a ground? I have located all of the other ignition barrell wires. All that is left on that connector is a black/white and a white/black wire.

key sense wire is in a 2-pin white connector, Pin 2.  Pin 1 is a white/black wire. This 2-pin connector is wrapped in foam.
