Hello. I installed an Evo-Key on 2020 (2021) Kia Seltos (I had two of them). During programming, after opening the ignition, both modules showed both red and yellow lights. Then I pressed the programming button seven times... (The red light flashed six times). I opened the ignition, and everything was fine. Why does the manual say six times?

There are two modes for kia/hyundai on the red led, 6x or 7x depending on wether or not the imo wire is opened during remote start or not.

Depending on the vehicle I have seen some take either 1x more on the button or 1x less to program, especially on vehicles not listed or vehicles in over seas markets.
