can't get past step 4 key programming

EVO-CHRT6 THAR-CHR6 2018 RAM 2500 standard key standalone, start step 5 insert key and light stays yellow does not trun off and red does not come on. lt.blue and lt. blue black connected.

Your module is not flashed to the appropriate version. Look at page 1 of your install guide. You need Flashlink Updater 4 to flash the module.
